boldy205 75 Posted October 5, 2008 Hi, i would like to know where/what the senders are on the GTI6 XU10J4RS. After a search i understand the sender at the front of the engine, on the drivers side is the oil pressure, but is this the gauge or the warning light/both? And what is the other vertical sender to the right of it? Also i understand after more searching that the sender on the front of the sump is the temp, it has two terminals on it, but will work with the standard 205 single wire, this correct? Also is the calibration of all the oil senders ok to work with the 205 dials? Many thanks, its a lot for a sunday nignt i know! Matt Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GTI6BOY 29 Posted October 5, 2008 all the senders work with the 205 dash. the oil temp only needs the 1 wire yes the 3 senders on the thermostat housing - bottom 1 is coolant temp sender, the middle 1 i think does the dash gauge and the top 1 is not used on the 205 (correct me if im wrong) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
