Mocal Oil Cooler Sandwich Plate

AS above peeps,

 

Can i run the plate with the hose outlet/inlet at the bottom? or do they have to be at the top?

It doesn't matter as the oil system is pressurised.

I figured as much, just wondered if the flow was better one way or another...

 

Actually, you're just the man Garry, what bore pipe did you use with your install? who did the pipes for you?

Your pipe bore depends on the fittings at the sandwich plate and the oil cooler. You've more than likely got 1/2" BSP fittings so just ask for the 1/2" ID pipe to match.

 

Loads of places do them, think auto, demon-tweeks, merlin, rally design, earl's, goodridge. I got mine made up at a local hydraulics place "midland power and motion"
