309 Front Arb Or Not?

I'm not sure tbh, it might be worth trying it and seeing what you think - I've got a 309 ARB to put on but never got round to it as I went off the idea after I read so many negative thoughts in earlier threads and the fact that it seems it's all about the rear end (getting that stiffer than the front). I've fitted some adjustable H&R roll bars fr and rear to my M Coupe and whilst body roll is reduced hugely the ride is compromised at slow speeds even on softest settings; when I first fitted them you could feel the rear didn't have quite the same traction on bumpier roads as there is less "independence" to the suspension.
