found a post explaining about bottom mount bracket has to be welded and about hubs and shafts but cannot find anything about top mounts or wiring

only reason im changing the engine is because head bolts have snapped and want something different

Engine mounts all fit, wiring = loads of hassle.

they're all crap! go for an XU engine so you can use a stronger BE gearbox, or spend loads on a BE4 conversion.

you'll spend loads on the TU engine just to get it to the same power level as a standard Mi16, and youll be far short of the torque that a healthy gti6 will push out.

As above, yes it will fit (with a lot of work) - but no its not worth doing.
