Fog Light Wiring Help Please

Just about to MOT test my 1990 205 XS and I have discovered that the rear fog light does not work. It is not the bulb and on investigation I have just come across the problem - the red wire is cut and is just lying in the boot!. Someone fitted an aftermarket tow bar and somehow either snipped the wire or god knows what.

 

Can anyone advise where to connect the red wire to?

 

Sorry for the vague description but am not too technical. This is a mot failure as you know and all I want to do is find a way to correctly hook up the fog light.

What phase is your car?

If the red wire is cut you have a choice, either get the complete loom from a scrap car & replace yours or find the other side of the cut & rejoin them.
