Has been covered many times before. Plumbing in an Mi is very similar to the 8v.

Thats the setup i used.

The water block union is from the 8v, as is the thermostat housing body.

You will be left with one outlet too many on the thermostat housing part that bolts to the head, but a very small piece of hosing is available from peugeot that closes it off perfectly.

The heater pipe to thermostat housing can be solved by using a pipe from a Saxo VTR. Its the one that runs from the top left of the head, across the exhaust manifold area and to the thermostat I think.

It fits perfect and has the enlarged end for the thermo housing on the Mi. :)

The bends are even perfect

It's pretty much the same, just nothing comes off the lower dist block bar the bottom rad hose, you just take the connection off the back of the stat for the heater and there's another for the return and you just T one of them for the expansion tank, and presto all done :(
