RossD 44 Posted March 28, 2008 (edited) Try AEP Direct, they have one for £25. I recently got an exhaust from them and its top quality stuff. Edited March 28, 2008 by RossD
Jrod 7 Posted March 28, 2008 I've seen 3 different types. 1. Has a bit seperating the downpipe into 2 parts inside. 2. No bit in it but very flat and square under the engine. 3. No bit and round all the way. Anyone know what all that's about? Which is better?
RossD 44 Posted March 29, 2008 (edited) Original Peugeot is a mix between 1 & 2. (Seperating part and a flat section where it goes under engine) Aftermarket parts can be any of the three! I've never noticed any difference between them for performance myself. Edited March 29, 2008 by RossD
dan9 0 Posted March 29, 2008 (edited) On my UK rallye I replaced a (rusty) downpipe that had the separator inside (type 1 above) with a cheap bosal pipe that didn't (type 3) - and I lost quite a bit of low-end torque. So I think it is there for a reason! Edited March 29, 2008 by dan9
