Gold 205's

Is there any 205's out there sprayed in the lovely gold colour that you see on 106+306's, just thinking about a respray and im curious, also what is the exact name of this colour?

205 never came in this colour though I think it would look very striking with P2 plastics and lights.

Think iv seen a 205 a similar colour (or could have been blaze yellow!) in Max Flower or another one of those comics. They would have had big shiny wheels to match aswell.

Yep I have seen an XS in this colour with 106 GTI arches and skirts fitted. It looked very well and tidy. I think it was back in the pre digital age so I may have to scan pic in. Also there was Daz C's mate (IIRC) who had a blaze and Purple one when he had a purple and blaze one, though it could have been the other way round!

Iv got a 205 shell in that colour i bought it as every panel had been sprayed inside and out and it is quite a nice job, but to be honest it looks awful i cant put any pictures up cause i dont know how to. but Sandy might if your interested.

on a similar vein, does anybody knows who owns this? it was for sale on ebay probably about 2 years ago i think it was covered completely in camo vinyl and i thjought it looked really good! just wondering if it still exists somewhere?

that one does still exist but not in camo, in its original black IIRC. it used to be owned by a PSOOC member.
