shooter mcgavin 37 Posted February 14, 2008 i cut the bend off the 205 top hose tonight and shortened the gti6 1 ,now i have 1 hose that fits to the rad only problem is its in the way of the airfilter pipe now cant juat change the hole hose since the 306 hose has a fancy end where it meets the stat housing is there a better way of doing this oh and i am not running the heat exchanger Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Alastairh 47 Posted February 14, 2008 When i done mine i used a few 90 degree bends and routed the hose under the air filter pipe and upto the rad in its standard location. Hopefully i will be doing another conversion for myself some time soon and will run one of Pauls converters, i suspect the standard will have to run above the filter pipe though.
