Recommended Posts

which cams would you go for, for an mi engine on twin 45's, also which do people rate better...

piper?

kent?

catcams?

i know its mostly down to personal choice but i didnt know if some were better than others or not!

how much should i be paying for them because the ones ive looked at are about £700...dont really want to spend that if i dont have too!

its going to a track car really aswell btw!

I think you should be looking at around 285 up to 300. as this would work well with webbers.

Peter Taylor (petert) does 16v inlet and exhaust cam regrinds on an exchange basis. Alot of people have been very happy with the result. He recomends stage 2 inlet and stage 1 exhaust cam for mi's on 45's iirc. The're also a fraction of the price of kent, piper, etc. Im making an order soon...
