Engine Mods - What Power?

Engine power outputs

 

I know there is no exact or consistent figures but I was wondering what certain mods would offer in terms of bhp and torque.

 

(Early) 1.6 – 105 bhp

(Late) 1.6 – 115 bhp

(Standard) 1.9 – 130 bhp

(Cat) 1.9 – 122 bhp

(TB’s) 1.9 - ???bhp

Etc. Etc.

 

Any ideas or thoughts?
