just got a pair of dellorto 45s for my standard mi16 engine , just need to know what size chokes and jets i will need ? cheers

As a starting point.

 

36mm chokes

145 mains

180 airs

40 pumps

 

And run the tubes you have they are going to alter the fuel slope one way or another but wont be far wrong.
