1) depends on 2), which is probs the same as the rest of the injection wiring.

2) i was thinking maybe, by metering the flow in to the airbox, kind of pointless tho

i've bin told i dont need the ecu/airflow meter or any of the wiring for the injection if fitting r1's

just cable tie the wires you aint using up under the dash incase you put it back to injection

search for my topics on r1's see if they help

hopefully i aint asked loads of useless questions

ok,

what about the breather pipes that are on the intake pipe and inlet manifold on a standard system what happens with them?

and what size jets did you use? i read that for a 1.6 it should be 1.65mm

and do i need 2 adjustible fuel regulators? or can i make do with 1?

The best thing to do with the breather pipes is have them directed into a container such as a coke bottle just to catch any oil and to let the crankcase breathe into it. If your new manifold has a take of this is usually for your brake servo. If you are using the standard injection fuel pump then two regulaters will be needed. As for the needle size i am not sure? Maybe phone bogg bros as they seem to be the pioneers of carb conversions.
