Mi16 Cams What Marking On Standard Cams

Started to take the Mi16 from the Miami car apart to day for the first time.

 

On removal of the rocker i can see marking onthe cams

 

Inlet cam shows the marks K3 and 291

 

Exhasut cam shows E2 and 291

 

Engine was allegedly standard and came from Bx Gti 16v.

Are these the stnadard cams or something else?

No one? it's the 291 marking that got me thinking....

Surely someone has taken enougth of these apart to know what markings are the standard cams?
