hi mate, did you just cut the rubber then weld the plate on then?

how much is it lower?

good job tho.

planning on dropping my 6 in soon, dont really wanna mess with the servo(washers behind it) ive got an adjustable lower mount just need to sort out what to do with the top one. what problems did you have? were you killing driveshafts? i dont want that as ill be using 309 items aswell.

I did move my brake servo,

the probklem i had is that on left turns light or hard thorrle the outer CV joint would knock like mad,

i've not driven it yey, as it is.

it's dropped it about 10-15mm i think, though will remeasure to find out.

but yeat baiscally cut the rub off and welded a plate and bolt on, the bottom section is std

how tall is the standard mount? i had one off a Partner/berlingo earlier and noticed it was a touch shorter so I measured it at 75mm, its pretty stiff too.

well mine is about 11mm shorter,

but fook me the noise is ALOT louder now, there is no ruber, so i may put a peice of rubber under the mount and see what happens

or i may get another mount and cut and went the bottom of it and see how that goes

MAGIC, whats the pink section made of??????

Just watch the bottom hose on the driveshaft as I had one rub on mine on standard height mounts so depending on how your bottom hose is routed it might be close.
