2.0 16v From A Xantia Estate

A mate was down the scrapyard the other day and a written off late model Xantia estate came in while he was there, he knows ive been after an MI16 lump for a while and according to him this has got the 2.0MI16 Iron block in it, but ive had a look on the web and i cant seem to find if he's right, i thought they used the same 130bhp lumps as found in the XSI's??? Any info appreciated or an engine code would be great.....

yeh its down at seaton's, the engine is already out waiting but ive just had a look at the pic he too and it does look like an XSi engine....

 

But if you had a look Alastair i'd be grateful

Only the early VXS models got the S16 engine which I think all the estates missed out on, So it would be the 136bhp XU10J4R engine at a guess
