AdamP 0 Posted August 25, 2007 Next stage of suspension upgrading will be happening soon and I need some help working things out. On the rear at the moment I have the standard XS beam with Spax shocks... not old, not leaking and would like to keep. I was planning to just add a 1.6GTi rear beam, including thicker torsion bars (..?) and leave it at that. On the front I want to convert it to coilovers using a conversion kit, and then uprate the springs a bit keeping the Spax non adjustables I have on there at the moment. Would 300lbs springs be about right for track use? Would this be a good setup or do I really need to fit better shocks as well? Adam Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
