yup using the 6 exhaust manifold and a shortened 205 downpipe :)

i spaced the top engine mount out by about 4mm and ali got me a bottom mount bracket extended by about 7mm and that clears the bulkhead fine :) just be careful how close the loom goes :) (had to wrap it in foil!)

its a 406 MC (have gti-6 brakes) and i had to grind a corner off the cam cover but its now got a good few mm around it :)

the top mount (drivers side) i added a couple of metal strips underneath (will take pic later) to push the engine down a bit, and the bottom mount extended pushes it forward a bit - only talking a few mm but no clearance issues now :)

I always blank the bulkhead loom hole and put the link wires to the loom through the ns hole in bulkhead keeping wires away from exhaust.

what mount did you use on the drivers side wing, as that dont look like a gti-6 top mount?

or are you using a mi16 top mount on the gti-6 engine????

Here's how I have done mine if anyone is interested. Chopped down the 6 mounting bracket with a grinder, and cut up and drilled the tensioner from the 8v engine. So I can use the gti6 alternator with a pk725 belt. After some head scratching it turned out to be pretty simple, doesnt' stick out much further forward either than normal. The bottom bolt is standard
