Cant decide which looks better : spray the inlet manifolds silver or black (will be spraying bodies blue )

I thought the black may look odd but if you do them gloss black with blue bodies it will look a bit smart :blush:

that matt black doent look right though.

Tooo much blue leave the bodies red! Also you can do away with that metal pipe on the back on the head, looks tidyer without..

Not 100% scientifically true here.... If the manifold is hotter than the surrounding air, it will actually give off more heat than if it was silver. But, if the manifold was cooler than the surrounding air, it will absorb more heat if it was black but "reflect" more heat if silver.

 

Its a case of 6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other!

I say leave the Bodies red and get the cam cover powder coated red to match. This will compliment the Miami paint work nicely, like the red strip does down the side of the car. Otherwise I think it is too much blue with the paintwork as well. Oh, and inlet manifold in silver :blush:
