Will The Alt From A 1.1 Base Model Fit My Mi16?/

Will the alternator from a 1.1 base model fit my Mi16? as according to GSF they are 70Amp and mine at present is 50Amp.. I'll be fitting spotlights soon.

No it won't as it's from a TU engine.

 

An XU diesel one will fit, or 1.9 alternators are 70amp as standard, but tbh, you'll likely be fine with your existing 50amp one even with the spotlights....

So if I run with high beam on, my fr.fogs on, and two driving lights in a pod will I be alright on a 50A alt!???
