I had one in my 306 for the autometer gauges, wqas a total pain in the bum I found as the arm isnt on a damper so the gauge went up and down on corners, hils etc. The autometer gauges work with the OE sender but read slightly under in a non linear wy, IE at full it still shows full but with half a tank it reads about 1/3rd of tank.

SPA do a digital fuel level gauge which can be calibrated to the OE sensor. Bloody expensive though. Stack do the same in their digital dashes.

ah that's new, but seenthe price of it..sod that.

Ideally we need some bright spark to produce a digital display that takes in the OE signal and converts to a litres/gallons or percentages display. Might have a search for an electronics forum to see if anyone can knock that up
