SamGTi 0 Posted June 1, 2007 First off, this is my car, I am not trying to nick it! I have had suspicions that my ignition barrel was to blame for my non-starting problems so I have got a replacement barrel (thanks hengti). I have found the 2 plugs in the footwell under the dash (one brown, one white) and plugged the barrel in and the dash lights come on but then when I try to turn the engine on nothing happens. I presume this is because of the immobiliser that is fitted. Is there any temporary fix to bypass the immobiliser to see if this will get it started?
