I got some problems with the exhaust that has restriced it a bit, just hopin a local exhaust dude will be able to sort summat out . I should get an extra 10ish top end bhp and a even higher torque increase. i dont think its too bad

worth posting the spec for people to comment on sport, like cam, compression, induction, any headwork etc

Seems like nice solid figures. I've got the usual question with this sort of thing though - what was the figure at the wheels?

Not really - my Mi16 was very similar - although peak torque was at a heady 6650rpm

► 3 Angle Valve Seats

► ARP High Strength Rod Bolts

► OMEX 600 Mappable ECU

Cool, so a nice figure for not too crazy a spec.

Have you bigger injectors too?

You say the exhaust needs sorted out - whats wrong with it?

So yours was the other one down there. This was mapped at the same place as Sean's 8v.

cheers matey, its on std injectors, the exhaust is as if its been crushed :D cant understand how, but there is a 2" long section of it by the bulkhead, so its restricting a lot. i am gutted i hadnt noticed it before (its quite hard to see it) otherwise id of had it sorted before it got it mapped etc

Ah, It'll be interesting to see the results after sorting it out then. :)

I've read on here a few times that the standard injectors are only good up to 180hp or so. Perhaps you'd gain something by fitting and mapping slightly larger ones.

My engine is the same spec as yours less the omex (to begin with anyway) so I'll follow your progress with interest.

*edit* Meant to ask, have you swung the cam timing at all?
