Hey.

 

Can anyone tell me how to adjust my 40mm twin weber carbs on my Rallye 1,3?

 

A guide would be wonderful...

Ole I have done this a couple of times on mine. And even though I have a lumpy cam it is possible allbeit quite difficult.

 

Your ignition system needs to be in good order and hopefully no air leaks either. The idle screws and jets need to be checked too. And the most important is the carbs need to be balanced. You need either some kind of vacum gauge or a rubber tube and a keen ear.

 

I know probably the best in denmark to setup your carbs. But he is far away from you in Copenhagen ;)
