1988 1.6 Gti What Silver

[Guest silver 1600]

My 1.6 needs a little paint here and there Im going do it the work myself and I need to order a litre of paint. But im not sure which silver it is I think its platinum but Im not sure?

The paint code is missing because it has had the front panel painted at some time in its life Also what colour primer should i use to grey or white? any help would be great
