What Type Of Dizzy Cap Should My Car Have?

hello, im still looking for leads, just a quick answer to this one, but i have a dizzy cap and old leads with the nipple that comes out for the cap.

 

this is the cap i have on my car at the moment

now i think my car should have (i think), the dizzy cap and leads with the internal connector/nipples??

am i right, seems to be a better idean having them inside th cap less condenstion etc??
