smugpug205 0 Posted January 31, 2007 I brought an engine as mine decided to break a compresion ring and push the oil all around the engine and back out the exhaust, £60 for what i thought was a bare engine, when it was delived it had a box of bits with it, ECU, distributor inlet mainfold ect ect. The ECU that came with it is a 0 261 200 212 motronic with a vacume take off on it, now i thought there was only two different types for the gti So my question is what year and model is this ecu for.
