how do I remove the resistors which control the fan speed? as I want full power when they come on!

 

(plus its one less thing to stop working)

bridge the 2 speed wires so if either is on then they are both on, that will give yuo full power.

Do you mean cooling (rad) fan(s) or heater blower?
