Sloppy Gearbox, Can I Renew This Section?

i have just install the 3 rods from miles :)

 

cheers for those

 

but i still have a slightly sloppy gearstick, and i can see it is sloppy around this section

 

can i get new bushess??

where the lionkage connects to the subframe have a look underneath, you will find a 13mm nut, tighten this up :)

Dont do what I did once and overtorqued it and sheared the bolt! Couldnt go to work for 2 days because peugeot couldnt get me the part in time, I was really gutted. :)

well i went back tot he garage, and did just that, and fook my i finnaly have a proper gearbox feel,

 

 

 

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

 

 

just need to sort the timing out now and i can enjoy it :o

 

 

oh and it's 22mm on my car :):D

22mm???? should be a 14mm IIRC, you wont fit a 22mm socket in there lol. :D

22mm for the top of the "L" arm for a guess.

 

There are two bushes in the arm that you can renew, they are about 40p each from Pug'.

i'm sure miles or Xsport do a bearing kit for the L bracket instead of the bush too.
