Sam 4 Posted October 26, 2006 Hi, Can anyone confirm the following dimensions for me for an S16 (XU10J4) engine: Block Height - I have 235.1mm but Black_Mi16 says 234.1mm here and 234.8mm here so I'm not sure. Pin Size - 23mm Standard Piston Height - 39.1mm Standard Rod Length - 152mm and the Piston sits 1mm down the bore at TDC If anyone could confirm/tell me the correct figures that would be good. I have Wiseco waiting The block is 235mm from crank centerline to deck. Get pistons that'll sit a little under deck (maybe just 0.1mm) so you can have the block skimmed, clean and nice.
