Ahhh Cracked Block

Ive just found out ive got a cracked block on my recent 1900 conversion (205 btw)

 

to say im pissed off would be an understatement as i now have no car.

 

anyone got any ideas??

use the old block with the current internals if theyre on good enough nick?

I've got a 1.9 bare block spare.

 

AFAIK no cracks but I'll check headbolt threads as best I can.

was just below the inlet manifold, on the right of the block from one of the wee struts where the head bolts come through to the end of the block.
