The Variousthrottle Bodies And Management Systems

Often the only difference between one type of engine management and the next is the actual SOFTWARE it uses... as has been discussed the Emerald is nice and easy, the KMS less so but at least it's something that could/can be improved on over time.

The other deciding factor other than cost is obviously the mapping, who can do it, how well and how much it costs... I've been tempted several times to drop the MoTeC stuff due to cost and go with KMS/Emerald but I'd have to go elsewhere to get it mapped and I really can't be bothered, with having PowerStation downstairs and their very HIGH reputation for MoTeC mapping it's a shame not to use them :) A case in point is Rich was mapping up one of the Mosler GT cars yesterday... mmmmm :P
