stealth_pug 0 Posted July 1, 2006 on my 1.1 205 the clutch intermediate lever has recently snapped clean in half!! I have located plenty of cars in the scrappy with the same part but it seem near impossible to get the part off. It appears to be held on by sum sort of pin goin through the shaft. Is there a tool required to remove this pin? And also is this a common problem because i can't understand how or why it has broken? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
huxley309 0 Posted July 1, 2006 I take it you mean the clutch arm itself? yes they are held in by 2 split pins 2 centre pin punches can smack them out easily enough failing that some people drill them out and replace it with a nut n bolt affair hope this helps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
