justinv 4 1 Cars Posted June 23, 2006 Hi have a phase 2 309 Gti and it has original central locking fitted to it, now when i baught it, it had no plip obviously previous owner lost it, but the receiver is still there, now recently I found a plip for it but obviously to make things worse the car had no receiver, is there a way that i could code both plip and receiver to work on my car??? Ryan 99 Posted June 23, 2006 The plip and the receiver are a matched pair an unlike newer cars you can't re-program the plip to work with a different receiver. Peugeot can sell you a new plip that will work if you give them the code number printed on the receiver, but it's expensive.
