Mi16 / S16 Interchangable Engine Management

I have a 1.9 Mi in my racer (if it will ever start!) with Motronic 4.1, and a S16 spare engine with Motronic 3.2. I want to use a common management system for ease of interchange. What would you guys recommend - or is it not feasable anyway ?
