A18_RYU 0 Posted May 8, 2006 hey all, just preparing my self for when i go smoothing my car over.... the rear wiper and control unit has quite a few wires connected up, is it ok to just cut them and then tape up the wire? cheers Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
M@tt 77 Posted May 8, 2006 I take it you mean you aren't going to need them anymore as your going to smooth your tailgate. If so then yes you could just unplug one of the wires from the relay to the wiper motor and tape up the connector bit so the metal bit is covered pull a wire out one at a timean see which one stops it from working anymore Matt Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
