Mi16 Oil Surge Problem

yeah If the problem is a shortage of oil in specific situations, wouldn't it make sense to put more oil in? Overfill it slightly. What damage could that do?

 

What about modifying the sump itself so the oil can be picked up separately when going round left handers?

 

I don't know much about the engine, so feel free to flame me if this is a stupid post.
