Cut and shut a 1" ring in.

Cut it in half, weld in a strip.

I thought it could be only that. Our "MOT"-Guys would instantly collaps, if one tell them you want a legitimation for a widened Alloy-Rim.

I think you can not hide, that it is 7" instead of 6" and they would like to see a paper from Citroen which defines the wheeloffset and wide and the loadindex and so on...
