Guest jat115 Posted February 15, 2006 Right, I have a tu5j4 16v engine, one of the pistons is knackered so i need to replace it- just 1. The engine has done about 50k... I have a piston with rings from the same type of engine but that have done 70k. Can i remove the knackered piston with rings out of engine 'A' and replace it with a piston inc rings from engine 'B'? I cannot find anywhere that will sell just a set of rings on there own for this engine you see! Thanks alot Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
