Rod bearings

Hi guys 

I need your help to find oversize bearings for Gti6 xu10j4rs engine. 
 

I need 0.5 oversize Can anyone help with a producer and product number.

Peugeot do them, or used to as I remember buying them in error many years ago 

 

 

most bearing manufacturers will have something to suit, King, Glyco, Victor reinz, mahle etc

The only oversize set is 0606.Q2 but I'm not sure if it's +0.5 or something else. Standard size is 0606.X0 bdw.

 

Those are for the XU10J4RS only, Peugeot has (had?) other part numbers for XU10J4R rod bearings : 0606.N6 / 0606.S4 for engines with drilled rods and 0606.L4 / 0606.N9 for the handfull of early engines with non drilled XU10J4RS rods.

0.5mm is a bit sad, as you can't use ACL 4B7700H or 4B7700HX. You can use 4B7700A however.

 

I'd find another crank, as XU10 cranks are dime a dozen.

XUD or DW10 might be, last Xu10 was made in 2002, the 135 bhp engines have long gone in the bin up here as nobody wanted them.

+0.30 oversize seems to be max , and those are available from Glyco . 

 

Try "King Bearings" catalogue , they usually have quite a lot of odd sized bearings .. and few race variants too .
