Cylinder head with tuning?

I was offered an XU10J4 ACAV cylinder head. I was told that it is prepared / tuned / maybe ported?  Since I cannot check it in person I got some photos and I kindly ask you too to share your opinion about this head if it is seemingly (!) really more advanced than an original unit.

Isn't that beryllium copper valve seats on a machined combustion chamber?

Anyway this head is very much not stock anymore. Look at the two external oil lines and missing studs on the exhaust side or the intake with adapter plates on each port.

What do you think of it can be setup for (fast) road usage associated with an otherwise standard engine, or only for motorsport?

35mm tappets is a big job, most likely a solid tappet conversion for very long duration rally or race cams,   not suitable for a road car really.
