6555.44 - Lights Buzzer Relay location

My Old 1.9 Gti (J Plate 1991) had a buzzer that notified you when you left the lights on with the ignition off.

My F plate 1988 CTI I currently own doesn't buzz. Am I missing the relay 6555.44?  and where does it go?

I found a vid showing it goes behind the panel near the steering column. I'm guessing retro fitting isn't a quick option?

retrofit shoulbe straightforward, I think its just tapped into the dashboard illumination which is the same circuit as the sidelights, and the door open trigger wire.

It did exist at least as early as 05/88 but only for Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
