Level (make the noise)

Hi guys after having changed the gearbox Mount the engine seems no longer to be level. Should it be level? Looks like the new Mount raised the gearbox side just a little.

It sould, at least at a glance. How worn out is the mount on the other side?

Both are solid mounts. The gearbox one seems a bit out of size though. 
 

Would shimming the engine side one to raise it be possible?

I'd be comparing the position of the inner CV's to the subframe as a reference.
