Dyno result XU10J4RS

Hi,

I need your expertis.

I run my car in dyno yesterday but I’m unsure if the result is ok or if it is something wrong?

It’s a new build standard XU10J4RS with throttle Bodies and Cat CAM 4903154.

And I got this result in the file.

The result is on the wheels.

For me it does not seem to be a brilliant result regarding the peak power, however the plateau from 5600 rpm could be some kind of achievement.

My opinion is based on the dyno results of my ex Mi16 ACAV with ported head (96.2 kW @ wheels; 90.2 kW in original state).

Did you measure it before the tuning?

those camshafts are quite mild, is it standard pistons and ecu?

It's definitely a bit low for throttle bodies. I get 106-110kW at the wheels on a standard inlet manifiold with similar cams. I'd be expecting at least 115kW (154hp) at the wheels. How much time did they spend mapping it? What ecu? Did they map the ignition as well? And why does it go flat from 5600? Is it leaning out? Do you have an AFR vrs RPM graph?

definitely something amiss with the curve as peter said, they shouldnt go flat like that,     have the cams been dialled in?

here's my ZX with stock gti6 other than Newman PH2 cams, which are a little more lift and duration than the catcams used above, stock ecu no map, stock cat and exhaust.

155 bhp wheel, 176 bhp flywheel,   125 lbft wheel, 141 lbft flywheel.

It is standard Pistons and nothing made to the head. Only  Cat Cams, throttle bodies , lightened flywheel and a MaxEcu.

I don’t think they put alot of time testing in the tuning but I know they tried with the ignition with no better result.

Maybe I need to check the ilignment of the cams?
