Exhaust rear box OE number

Good morning. 

 

I require a little help please. My 1989 1.6 gti 105 hp exhaust back box needs replacing.  Ordered one from factors but a huge one arrived.  Would anybody have an OE number fot the exhaust needed please?  Would like to keep it as original as possible and would prefer not to have a huge, loud exhaust like a boy racer.

I've attached photos to show which exhaust is currently on car.

I think you'll want to find the equivalent to 1725.94.

These are as close as you can get to oem without going to the museum I would imagine, maybe even the same,  Faurecia used to be ECIA, which is what the oem systems were marked with.

I think they are the same make in both Autodoc and Youngtimers. Price is practically identical too. Have processed order in Youngtimers.  Fingers crossed all will be well on arrival.

Exhaust arrived from Youngtimers last week. Got around to fitting it today. Very happy with the result.  Thanks again for the help.
