Got them off a 205 just not sure if they are standard or originally off a 306 or something..

What size are the pistons?

 

They don't look like original Girling calipers from a 1.9 GTI to me.

 

I'd hazard they are from a 306 or possibly 106,

Metal pad clips suggest later bosch from 306 206 307
