Another CTI with ruff idle

Good morning,

 

I just got a 1991 CTI 1,6. When it is cold the idle is really ruff and the car can’t old it and switch off. 
I have got already another Sad which was opened unplugged and closes with 12V. 

however it is a 2nd hand one. 
With the ignition on, I have realized I can hear some kind off air leak on the fuel pressure vacum air. If I remove the pipe between this valve and the intake manifold the car idles fine (I think it is normal but would like to be sure). 
 

Do you think it might be the fuel pressure valve causing the issue?
