Spade connector and plastic covers

Just a simple one but I managed to tear the wire that connects the oil pressure sensor to the dash whilst refitting the starter motor.  

 

I wondered if anyone knows where to get some replacements? 

 

It is just a spade connector obviously with a plastic cover - Ebay job? 

 

I have also lost completely the spade and cover for the brake fluid reservoir so just sticking up a quick post as someone 

might know a good place to get them. 

 

Ill keep looking the meantime. I will measure the actual widths tomorrow when it is light again.
