Servicing parts - fuel filter availability

Recommended Posts

Howdy,

Not been on for ages, car came out of hibernation today, usual gremlins to resolve.

So question -  where is everyone getting fuel filters from off the shelf?

I looked in the usual Euro CP4L and GSF but they don't list it on the first two, and won't let you add to basket on the third... I'm reluctant to go to ebay land as it takes ages and they charge a premium.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

J

cheeky maybe but I have got a couple of spare ones -

a Bosch and a Mahle. The Bosch one is original peugeot spec. as factory fitted.

Can post pictures if of interest. Or private message. No worries if not.

I recently installed the Mahle one in and it is great haven't had any problems with it so can recommend it.

I got two at the same time for a discount.

Yeah on ebay there are some really overpriced ones especially from traders saying they are peugeot 205 specialists mention no names LoL I got the Bosch one at 2/3 the price listed on the ebay 205 specialist's price. Worth shopping around for sure.
