How much oil GTI6

Hi guys,

how much oil do you put in your GTI6 engines? 
 

spec says 4.5 L. For track use I’d want to be 110% sure I run enough oil. In my old 2,0 mi16 I ran 6 L Oil with no problems.

As indicated on the dipstick. The XU10J4RS sump design is fine on the track.
